By accessing or using the Digital Cattle Farm ("DCF", "we", "our", or "us") mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the application.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By creating an account, downloading, or using our app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2Description of Service
Digital Cattle Farm provides:
Dairy Farm Management: Herd tracking, milk production recording, expense management, and farm analytics.
Cattle Marketplace: Online platform for buying and selling cattle across the country.
Veterinary Network: Access to veterinary doctors and AI inseminators for scheduling and health records.
Financial Tracking: Monitoring feed costs, veterinary bills, revenue, and expenses.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3Account Registration
By registering, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your profile updated.
Maintain only one account per individual.
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Provide accurate information in all cattle listings and records.
Not misrepresent breed, age, health, or other characteristics of cattle.
Comply with all applicable laws regarding livestock trading and animal welfare.
Respect other users and refrain from abusive behavior.
5Subscription and Payments
Plans: Various plans with different features and pricing, detailed within the app.
Prepaid Terms: Plans are prepaid for a fixed billing period and do not auto-renew. Renew when your plan expires to continue paid features.
Refunds: No refunds for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: Existing subscribers notified 30 days in advance.
Payment Processing: Handled securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
6Marketplace Terms
Listing Accuracy: Sellers are responsible for accurate cattle listings.
Buyer-Seller Responsibility: All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly.
No Liability: DCF facilitates connections but bears no responsibility for transaction outcomes.
Disputes: Must be resolved between parties. DCF may assist but is not obligated.
7Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Digital Cattle Farm are our exclusive property, protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal and commercial farm management purposes.
8Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for livestock management decisions made based on app information. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9Prohibited Activities
Fraud
Fraudulent listings or deceptive practices
Data Scraping
Automated data extraction without permission
Reverse Engineering
Decompiling or deriving source code
Harassment
Threatening or intimidating other users
Unauthorized Access
Accessing others' accounts or systems
Illegal Use
Any activity violating applicable laws
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, fraud, providing false information, non-payment, or harmful conduct. Upon termination, you may request your data within 30 days.
11Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
12Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: Contact us first and attempt to resolve within 30 days.
Arbitration: Binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
Class Action Waiver: Disputes will be resolved individually only.
13Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via in-app notifications and email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
